Vitafusion Beauty Sleep review

Whenever I have trouble sleeping, I usually take Tylenol PM which can leave me feeling groggy in the morning.

Recently I was asked to try out the new Vitafusion Beauty Sleep supplements. Below is the supplement facts. As you can see each serving is two gummies and it contains 15 calories, 400IU of Vitamin D, 3mg of Melatonin and 25mg of Tart Cherry Powder.

I have been taking Vitafusion Beauty Sleep a little over a week now. I take two gummies approximately an hour prior to my bed time and within thirty minutes I am asleep. The gummies are very tasty and does not leave an aftertaste and I wake up feeling refreshed without the grogginess that other sleep aids can have.

Fallen: A fractured retelling of THE FROG PRINCE is the third book of the series by Ann Hunter. The ebook is a well written page turner with a beautiful fairy tale love story between the two main characters Silas and Laittie.

The story starts off with Prince Silas running away because he didn't want to get married to someone he never met. He is then caught by a girl who is wearing a mask and her band of men. The girl ends up being Princess Laittie. In short this is a love story between Prince Silas and Princess Laittie with a lot of twists and turns in between.
