I’ve heard of the Atkins Diet before, but did not know much
about it. I’ve found Atkins/Low Carb Diet – The Ultimate Quickstart Guide: The
Healthy Way To Lose Weight to be very informative and provides the basics of
the Atkins Diet. I like how it explains the four phases of the Atkins diet and what
to expect from each phase and I also like how there is a sample 7 day diet plan
included so that you can see what a typical Atkins menu looks like and decide
whether this diet will work for you or not. The ebook is well written and easy
to understand although there are some grammatical errors.
