I have been reading up on the benefits of Tumeric and thought that this would be a great way to incorporate it into my diet. I take one capsule of this organic Turmeric by MAxiZest a day. I like to open the capsules and put it in my morning smoothie or mix it in the hot water and drink it like tea. The flavor is not strong and does not upset my stomach.
