The eyelash curler by Brilliant Beauty came inside a black velvet bag and with two extra refill pads. Upon initial inspection of the eyelash curler it is light weight and it looks exactly like any other eyelash curler. I read through the instructions and followed it to the tee. The eyelash curler was comfortable, sturdy, fit my eye shape perfectly, easy to use and did not snag at my eyelashes. After curling my lashes with this eyelash curler it gave my normally straight lashes a slight curl. Overall I did not see any difference compared to my current eyelash curler and the price is reasonable.
