I was surprised at how big this tea infuser was, but I really love it. I place the tea infuser inside my mug, then use the scoop to pour in a scoop of tea leaves, then pour in hot water and then place the lid on top and let the tea steep for about five minutes. I then take the tea infuser out, throw away the tea leaves, place the tea infuser in the dishwasher and enjoy a wonder hot cup of tea with no tea leaves floating since the holes on the infuser is extremely tiny. I also love how the spoon has a clip on it as I use it to clip my open bag of tea and I don't have to worry about loosing the spoon. This would make a great gift for a tea lover!
